H&C TOOL SUPPLY TRIAL TOOL POLICY

  1. All trial tool requests require a purchase order. If the requestor is not currently an open account customer of H&C Tool Supply, then the requestor will be contacted by an H&C Tool Supply Representative before the trial order can be processed.
  2. If priority shipping is requested, this must be stated on the request. Customer agrees that they are responsible for payment of priority shipping regardless of whether the trial is successful.
  3. All trials must be completed within 30 days.
  4. H&C Tool Supply sales engineers will contact the customer and hopefully deliver the material and be present for the trial. This is necessary for H&C Tool Supply to accurately gather performance data on the trial.
  5. Successful trials and trials not completed within 30 days will be billed to the customer and payment due under H&C Tool Supply’s normal terms.
  6. Unsuccessful trials may be returned to the H&C Tool Supply salesman. No billing will occur unless priority shipping was requested.
